Founded in 1997, Fuzhou Kashiwa Food Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in exporting and processing agricultural products. Located in Jinshan Industrial Concentration Zone of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the company is just 30 miles to Mawei Port, only 5 miles to Fuzhou-Xiamen Highway & Beijing-Fuzhou Highway, and connects with 324 and 316 National Roads. The main products of our company are mushroom, julienne mushroom, Jew's-ear, agaric, shredded and dried radish, agar, and other dried products with an annual production of more than 1,600 tons, mainly exporting to Japan, which created foreign exchanges for over 8 million dollars each year.
We now have more than 300 employees. We have passed the verifications of ISO 9000/2000 Quality Management System and Japan JAS JAS Standards for Organic Foods. Occupying 47.6 Mu and having the area about 33,120 square meters, we have invested 50 million Yuan to build workshops for selecting, choosing, slicing, sterilization, asepsis, packing, and with the facilities of refrigeratory, logistic side, work area, worker dormitory, canteen and so on.
We have the advanced and perfect equipments for production and inspection mainly imported from Japan, such as production lines of infrared-ray drying, microwave sterilization, re-drying & slicing assembly line, selective packaging conveying, and large equipments for slicer, dryer, metal locator, wind sorter, singeing machine, X-ray foreign body locator, and autoclave.
